Visit Dune at Stoughton Ladies’ Night Out 2019

Can you feel it? That change in the air? The inkling that the days are getting longer, the sun is getting stronger, and something wonderful is on the horizon? Summer is coming, and that can only mean one thing in this town: Stoughton Ladies’ Night Out.

It is such a blessing for our shop to be a part of the Stoughton community. When we first opened in the fall of 2018, we knew right away that it was the right choice to call Main Street home. We’re surrounded by gifted entrepreneurs and small business owners who inspire us every day with their commitment to serving this small city of ours.

We’ve also been overwhelmed by Stoughton’s support of Dune specifically. Every smiling face that enters the store brightens our day, and we couldn’t be happier to fill a need within the community, providing you all with handmade goods and vintage items to make your lives just as bright.

On June 27, 2019, we’re giving back to the community that makes us who we are and joining up with over 20 local Stoughton businesses to take part in Stoughton Ladies’ Night Out.

What is Stoughton Ladies’ Night Out?

Stoughton Ladies’ Night Out is a yearly scavenger hunt-style event that takes place in downtown Stoughton. It’s an opportunity for local Stoughton women to head to Main Street and spend the night with their friends, family, and other inspiring ladies checking out local shops, pubs, fitness centers, and more while contributing to a good cause.

That’s right! Stoughton Ladies’ Night Out isn’t just an excuse to get your shop on (though we 100% encourage that behavior). Proceeds from the event are donated to a collection of local organizations including Seniors in Need, START (Stoughton Area Rescue Team), World of Change Leaders, and HATS (Housing Advocacy Team of Stoughton).

Here’s how it works: Ladies’ Night Out participants purchase a ticket at either McGlynn’s Pharmacy, Nordic Nook, or Christ Lutheran before the day of the event. Then, on June 27, you’ll start the night at 5:00 p.m. at either The Chorus Public House, ‘Vik’ing Brew Pub, or Nauti Norske and pick up your map and a goody bag. Then, you’ll head out into downtown Stoughton and visit as many participating shops as you can (getting your map stamped along the way) to earn raffle tickets that qualify you for a chance to win one of over 60 prizes.

This is not the everyday Dune experience. We’re pumping it up for the night, bringing you gourmet sweets and treats from To Di For, a local bakery based in Madison, WI, and providing complimentary glasses of wine while you shop. You’ll also receive a free gift of a clay mask with a purchase of $25 or more!

Make sure to mark Dune as your “must-see” location on your Ladies’ Night Out map. Our founder Cire’ will be in the shop ready to answer any questions that you may have about interiors, clean beauty, vintage furniture, and more. Come smell some candles, peruse our unique jewelry selection, and maybe buy a gift for someone special. Or, just buy something for yourself. We won’t judge.
